ELTERM
ELTERM is the El-Ten Terminal Server/Emulator that connects your PC to your host computer.
The program has many supporting features such as:

Signature & Photo Management System
Signature Scanning & Display enables an operator to display a member signature on screen whenever a transaction requiring signature verification is required. The signatures are stored on the main computer's hard disk rather than expensive optical storage. 100,000 signatures require approximately 60 Mb of disk storage when they are stored on the main system.
The signatures can be viewed as part of the standard CUSCAL system, only requiring a PC. Costly LAN networks are not required as the signature is easily transported to branches via existing networks. Due to the ease and low cost of storage, all signatures pertaining to an account are stored. It is therefore possible to view all signatures ever attached to a Membership.
Normal daily back-ups will also back-up the signatures. The signatures cannot be read without a PC and a signature read module, which prohibits printing or moving of signatures. The signature is sent to branches in a compressed and encrypted format. Photo display is the latest feature to be included with the Signature Management Software.

Photo Management System
El-Ten Technology's development of the Photo Management System will support the viewing of photographs and will be included as a special offer in the total price of the Signature Scanning & Display System.
The Photo imaging enables operators to instantly display a member's photograph on screen whenever identity verification is required.
ELTERM Teller Cash Dispensers
One of ELTERM's most innovative functions is the ability to communicate to the TCD devices via CHIC middleware provided by De La Rue. The Teller Cashier Dispenser Module is a program which has many features which are functional and easy to use.
It is guaranteed to improve the everyday operations in your cash transaction centre and increase the level of customer service to your members.
ELTERM Receipt Printers
The ELTERM Receipt Printer Module has the capability of driving the receipt printer and producing detailed receipts eliminating the need to fill out withdrawal or deposit slips. This makes the transaction process more efficient and easy to use.
CashPoint
The CashPoint system interfaces to El-Ten’s ELTERM Terminal Emulator and TCD Module.
The ELTERM software negotiates transactions on the Host Banking System and stores approved cash withdrawals for subsequent dispensing at the Cash Point service area.
A receipt is produced at the Teller’s PC containing a unique 5-digit code which is entered into the system by the member at the Pin Pad.
Upon validation, the cash is dispensed from the TCD
