El-Ten have partnered Swiftcall on many projects in the past and so would be a familiar combination to the Credit Union Industry.

El-Ten is currently on schedule with the implementation od our Credit/Debit Card management & Processing System at Hunter United Employees Credit Union. The system will handle the issue, transactional processing and billing of Credit cards as well as take on the processing of HEUCU 's existing debit cards.
Caters for customer requested enquiries as well as Credit Union generated financial alerts.
Staff are able to communicate with customers from their desktop and automated messages from the loan delinquency system, or chequing system enable the Credit Union to contact customers immediately rather than the several day delay with traditional mailouts.
The system can also support email, SMS or a combination of both.
A broadcast module can be used to monitor in-house systems by loading IT staff into mobile groups with automated escallation.
