EL84 - Continuous Credit Insurance
The Continuous Credit Insurance software provides the facility for members to take out insurance on their overdraft or Redicredit. The software has the ability to calculate and charge insurance premiums as a percentage of the member's overdraft at the time the premiums are calculated.
The software also provides the facility to load members who want insurance cover on their overdraft
EL100 - Journal Posting Ex Spreadsheet
EL100 provides the facility to upload and process journals from a spreadsheet.
ALERT - Online Collections Delinquency System (Windows Application)
The "ALERT" Software is a comprehensive management system for all Collection needs. The system handles Unauthorized Overdrawn Savings, Overlimit Overdrafts and Loan Arrears. Accounts requiring action are automatically captured and sorted into delinquency officer queues.
The user-friendly graphical interface provides detailed screen information incorporating drop down and scrolling boxes.
Actions available include – funds transfers, fee charging, account freeze, comments and memos, set review dates, letter generation etc.
Bpay Biller
The El-Ten Bpay Biller System allows your Credit Union to become a Bpay Biller Institution. This means that your member's can use the Bpay service from a cheque or savings account at another financial institution to make payments to their personal loans, home loans, line of credit and credit card accounts at your Credit Union.
Another option available is for business members that invoice customers, to become Bpay Billers themselves. These business members may be interested in becoming a Bpay Biller so their customers can pay invoices via Bpay. The advantages of this include cleared funds, no delay in accessing funds, no dishonoured cheques or direct debits.
EL-FX - Online Foreign Exchange
El-Ten and Travelex have worked together to develop an online foreign exchange facility. The El-FX system has been designed to support the purchase of travellers cheques, foreign cash, drafts, telegraphic transfers, cash passports and allows the processing of buy backs of foreign cash and travellers cheques. Real-time foreign exchange orders can be placed quickly and easily.
The EL-FX host management software automatically reconciles transactions, posting all the associated transactions and fees.

ELSMS - El-Ten SMS Solution
EL-SMS is an innovative product that will allow Credit Union Members to receive instant messages such as account balances and year-to-date interest on mobile phones via SMS - Short Message Service.The SMS Driver Host Interface Software also enables the Credit Union to send outbound messages from the Host System to registered customers, this opens a whole new avenue in which to relay information to members.
Event Booking Manager
The El-Ten Event Booker effectively caters for the management of all events and seminars where a group of members or non-members will be attending. It is a centralised system, hence useful over numerous branches, call centres, member service centres.
The quick booking systems allows easy look up to handle any queries. Reporting is available and the system also allows for archiving details of attendees, no shows and other information relating to bookings.
