EL50 - Automated Membership Index Cards

This package records the complete Membership history in one file accessed via a CU102, 0$, option. The program maintains a record of previously known addresses, name change details, a history of account openings/closures and signatory details. Information is automatically gathered from the daily Membership Report and Account Activity Report.

EL77 - Member Profile - Products & Services

The EL77 - Member Profile program is designed to show an overall profile of the Membership in relation to Products & Services held. This program provides a summary screen display of Products & Services held by a given Member.

Comprehensive statistical reporting and information enables the Credit Union to monitor statistics and trends for the Membership. The system is particularly valuable for management and promotion of New Member Marketing

EL950 - Associated Membership

ELMAIL - Create Mailout List

The ELMAIL software has been designed to assist the operator in creating a list of member’s mailing details. The mailing list is created from a previously constructed SAVE-LIST and imported to the operator’s C:/ Drive via ELTERM or WINTEGRATE.

Member Contact Management System

The Member Contact Management System has been designed to facilitate the management and maintenance of all contact and correspondence that occurs between a Credit Union and its members.

The system is also useful in assisting Credit Unions comply with the FSR requirements (Financial Services Reform).

The four components of the system consist of:

  • Complaints: A comprehensive system allowing your Credit Union to record member complaints as well as search on existing complaints
  • Policy Breaches: Provides your organization with a tool for logging and managing staff policy breaches
  • No Mail: Allows management to maintain a record of a member's preferences for receiving marketing material via contact methods as specified e.g. mail, phone, sms
  • Contact Request: Members can advise your Credit Union as to when and how they wish to be contacted. Staff can record member requests and schedule days when members can be contacted
  • Enquiry Management (Additional Module): Designed to assist in the management and maintenance of all contact, enquiries and correspondence between a Credit Union and prospective members or existing members.
