HBDRIVER is an extremely functional back end system to internet banking. It provides a host of options to give your Credit Union the edge over others. Options include balance and transaction display, funds transfer, interface to loans redraw and Bpay, interest, periodical payments and payroll splits.

The Business Banking Software has been designed for use with HBDRIVER (Internet Banking Software). It provides your members with the ability to manage access to Business Accounts via the Internet Banking System. Business Banking provides the facility to load, manage and process payroll batches with a few easy clicks of the mouse.
Incorporated into Business Banking are multiple user logins, giving each user differing levels of security once logged in. Any activity conducted while logged in will be logged on a user basis, giving the ability to identify what each user is doing while logged in to the Business Banking system.
A web-based application which simulates your Credit Union's Internet Banking system. This training/demonstration system is useful for call centre staff fielding member queries regarding Internet Banking.
The development would require access to a test membership to capture screenshots of your Internet Banking System. These screens will then be converted into active pages with active buttons. The static text applicable for each instruction will also be constructed. Staff would then be able to view all screens and simulate the entry of data, observing the way the screen behaves with the input of instructions.
Telephone Banking is a 24-hour, 7 day a week telephone service, it enables your Members to access their account information during and outside of business hours. The Telephone Banking System has the capacity to accommodate up to 30 features which your Members can access without operator assistance. Services include account balances, details of the last 5 to 10 transactions, funds transfers from one account to another, interest earned/paid in the last financial year.
All calls to the Telephone Banking System are logged and statistics are maintained on system usage. Marketing messages can be directed to selected Member groups or individuals.
