EL6 is a General Gee Charging System that facilitates the gathering of information regarding a Member's transaction activity over a given period. The data is then used to apply fees that have been designated for each transaction type and, if desired, can deduct any reward type loyalty credits prior to the posting of fees.
EL17 is designed to allow the Credit Union to charge a fee for accounts where a latency letter has been sent via the dormancy system.
A system designed to to charge a fee based on the approved overdraft limit. The program allows the Credit Union to set a fee based on an Overdraft Limit Tier. The facility to set exemptions and an alternate/override fee amount is also available.
EL41 is designed to charge a one-off fee to an account which is Overdrawn or has exceeded the Overdraft/LOC limit within a given period. The program uses Minimum Account Balances over the period to determine if a fee is to be charged.

One-Off Fee Charging allows Management to control the charging of single fees without the need for journals or reconciliations. Fees can be for a fixed amount, where an operator selected amount or a per item charge requiring the operator to specify the number of items.
One-Off Fee Charging standardizes fee codes and narratives displayed on member statements, it removes the need for paperwork as the transaction credit will always go to the correct General Ledger and be updated on the Transaction Journal eliminating reconciliation issues.
This program has been designed to enable a Credit Union to charge a flat fee where a savings account is overdrawn because of a specified transaction type.
This program is similar to EL71 - Daily Overdrawn Fee Charging, however the difference with this software is that it allows for a per transaction charge on any individual overdrawn account, rather than just charging a flat fee.
The EL128 - Loan Arrears Fee Charging software is designed to charge a fee to loan/overdraft accounts that are in arrears at a certain date. EL128 also has a reporting facility to display fee details by run and by member.
The EL129 - Loan Review Fee Charging software is designed to charge a fee on Loan/Overdraft accounts whose review date falls between the specified dates. Reporting on fees charged is available as well as a report on loans/overdrafts with no review date loaded in the system.
The Credit Card Fee Charging software is designed to assist in the processing and management of statement messages and fees for credit cards that are overlimit and/or in arrears.
Credit Unions may allow a certain number of offences before enforcing a fee and may wish to set different conditions which will determine whether a fee is waived or not.
The software also allocates a message to each outcome, based on the conditions set in the parameters. These messages can be printed on the member's statement to advise them that their credit card is overlimit/in arrears and may also include a warning that their card may be cancelled
